We maintain compliance with standards and legal regulations, <br>we conduct our work reliably, on time, and in alignment with Client needs. We use modern technologies <br>and management methods to provide long\u2011term value and cost\u2011competitive solutions.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To implement this Quality Policy, we:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-b243e609 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--28-px);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--28-px)\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>develop a strong nuclear safety culture,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure that top management actively promotes nuclear safety awareness across all personnel and supports a questioning attitude,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>require the management team to foster an environment of mutual trust, respect, and a strong sense of responsibility,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>expect all employees to perform their duties diligently, professionally, and on time,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>continually improve and optimize our Integrated Management System in line with the PDCA cycle,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use operational experience and identify best practices,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure compliance with standards, legal requirements, and Client expectations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>apply a graded and risk-based approach, planning and implementing actions that address both risks and opportunities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure personnel competence through training and personnel development,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>monitor and qualify suppliers to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintain effective internal and external communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Management Board is fully committed to implementing this Quality Policy by providing the necessary resources, tools, and personnel competencies.
