We manage our activities in process‑driven manner to ensure that our design and engineering consulting services related to power engineering, industrial facilities and equipment, as well as auxiliary installations and associated infrastructure are delivered to the highest level of quality, in accordance with applicable standards, legal requirements and our Client expectations.
In projects related to nuclear energy, nuclear safety is the overarching priority of our Quality Policy.
Every service we deliver results from a carefully planned process that combines the highest quality standards where nuclear safety remains our foremost priority. We maintain compliance with standards and legal regulations,
we conduct our work reliably, on time, and in alignment with Client needs. We use modern technologies
and management methods to provide long‑term value and cost‑competitive solutions.
To implement this Quality Policy, we:
- develop a strong nuclear safety culture,
- ensure that top management actively promotes nuclear safety awareness across all personnel and supports a questioning attitude,
- require the management team to foster an environment of mutual trust, respect, and a strong sense of responsibility,
- expect all employees to perform their duties diligently, professionally, and on time,
- continually improve and optimize our Integrated Management System in line with the PDCA cycle,
- use operational experience and identify best practices,
- ensure compliance with standards, legal requirements, and Client expectations,
- apply a graded and risk-based approach, planning and implementing actions that address both risks and opportunities,
- ensure personnel competence through training and personnel development,
- monitor and qualify suppliers to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements,
- maintain effective internal and external communication.
The Management Board is fully committed to implementing this Quality Policy by providing the necessary resources, tools, and personnel competencies. Nuclear safety is our highest priority, and no deviations from safety principles are acceptable in the decision‑making process.
